Polyurethane PU Spraying Foam Preinsulated Steel Pipe Making Machine with Rust Removal equipment
Key Processes:
Steel Pipe Pre-treatment and Rust Removal: The steel pipe surface is treated to remove rust, ensuring a clean surface.
Preheating: The cleaned steel pipes are preheated using medium-frequency heating.
Polyurethane Foam Spraying: Polyurethane raw materials (isocyanate and polyol) are mixed using a high-pressure foaming machine and evenly sprayed onto the preheated steel pipe surface.
External Protection: Polyethylene (PE) material is used for wrapping.
Cooling and Shaping: Water cooling system.
Cutting and Trimming: The insulated pipes are cut to the required length.
Trimming: The ends of the pipes are trimmed to ensure a flat end face, facilitating subsequent installation and connection.
Finished Product Output: Automatic unloading and packaging.
