Features single screw with barrier & mixing head and new model barrel with slotting (channel), ensuring good gelification, large output, and stable performance.

Composed of mandril, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-head body, bolts, and heating rings. Internal surfaces touching plastic materials are polished and chrome plated for smooth material flow and rust prevention. Pipe wall thickness uniformity is adjustable via bolts. Copper calibrating sleeve cools fresh pipe and calibrates outer diameter.

Composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and position adjustment device. Vacuum pump exhausts air from sealed tank to pressurize fresh pipe against copper sleeve for outer diameter calibration. Spray nozzles provide multi-directional cooling.

Composed of driving device, tracks, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off caterpillars are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds. Includes automatic length measuring for precise cutting.

Utilizes blade punching principle for dust-free cutting. Composed of cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.

Complete line controlled by PLC with intuitive human-machine interface. All technical parameters can be set and monitored via touch screen. Control system can be customized according to customer requirements.
